Recipe of Chocolate / Oreo Chesecake

This is a Non-Bake Cheesecake Recipe so u dont have to bake it in the oven!!

Upon many requests, I have decided to post my recipe here:

Ingredients and Steps: (or in Bio we say Materials and Methods... LOL)
For the Crust:
1. Biscuits of your choice
(I use digestive biscuits. You can try out others like soda biscuits, those plain non-flavour type of biscuits.)
--> Crush them into bits and pieces in a small bag or in a bowl (small bag is easier)
How much to crush depends on your tin and how high u want it to be.

2. Butter
--> Has to be melted. Add to your bowl of crushed biscuits and mix until they become meshy and soft. I used 1/3 block of butter to 10 digestive biscuits.

3. Sugar
--> Add 1 and 1/2 table spoon of sugar to the mixture (If u are using 10 digestive biscuits).

4 Vanilla Essence
--> Add 1 table spoon to mixture and stir well.

Once u have mixed the 4 ingredients together, get a baking tin and place a layer of baking paper! This is so that the cake dun get stuck onto the tin.

Press down the mixture. (Important) Make it higher at the sides so its can hold the filling better. Put the whole tin into the freezer while u prepare the filling!

For the Filing:
1. Cream Cheese
--> Singapore only sells the Philadelphia brand so i used that.

2. Condense Milk
--> Add 1/3 can of condense milk (380g) to 1 tub of cream cheese (250g). Mix.
(I used 2 tubs of creamcheese)

3. Oreo / Chocolate Chip cookies
--> Crush any kind of chocolate cookies or oreo cookies in a bag or bowl. Amount to add is at your own preference. (I added 5-6 cookies; not to much so u wont cover the cheesecake flavour)

4. Vanilla Essence
--> Just 3 drops will do!

Take out ur crust from freezer and pour ur oreo / chocolate chesecake mixture into the tin. Spread it out of course and place it in the freezer!!

It takes really fast to set- in 2-3 hours can eat already!

It doesnt matter if u leave it in the freezer overnight, however if u want to serve or eat it please place the cake in the fridge for awhile.. cos u wont want to eat frozen cheesecake! lol..
